Job Responsibilities
- Acquire new-to-bank customers to develop new business accounts & Cash management, deposit, currencies.
- Conduct proper Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Know-Your-Customer (KYC) prior to onboarding
- Ensure compliance of mandatory banking policies and procedures
- Introducing the Banking products and services.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities beyond banking
Job Requirements
- With a minimum of 8 years of experience in Client relationship management within Banking & Financial Institution.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with clients.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
