Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for managing customer relationships, ensuring efficient 4PL operations.
Coordinate and collaborate with logistics teams to meet customer requirements.
Manage daily communications and resolve issues with customers.
Monitor and track inventory levels and stock movements across various platforms for customers.
Create and analyze regular reports on inventory, logistics, and customer performance.
Utilize Excel proficiently to manage and report data, including creating complex reports and dashboards.
Assist with order processing, including documentation, delivery tracking, and shipment coordination.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer management and logistics.
Address and resolve any operational issues with customers promptly and professionally.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.
2 years of experience with client management in 3PL/4PL operations is preferred
Experience with Life science/ Medical Device/ Pharmaceutical industry.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, reporting, etc.). Strong analytical skills and experience in reporting and data management.
A proactive attitude, with the ability to problem-solve and address challenges independently.
