Our client is an MNC furniture/partition company. They are looking for Client Services Manager (After Sales Service).
 
Responsibilities:
  • Be the brand ambassador and promote all company entities to everyone in the industry including information on new products and services
  • The primary point of contact for clients and customers in Singapore.
  • Develop and maintain a good relationship with clients and key industry contacts to ensure client satisfaction
  • Work closely with the team to learn about the products and services we offer to clients
  • Regularly engage with existing clients and customers in Singapore to anticipate needs and services inclusive of running health checks, reports and presentations, working with technical support provided by Project Management team, etc
  • Trouble shoot issues and conflict resolution.
  • Uphold and respond in a prompt manner and ensure departments follow up with clients
  • Manage and monitor the showroom to ensure it showcases the brand.
  • Coordinate events and manage pre-meeting, workshop, lunch and learns with Marketing focusing on making sure invitations to key contacts/clients are well covered and make sure the execution of it is done in the most appropriate manner.
  • Conduct all customer satisfaction surveys and insights, feedback to Marketing & Sales
  • Develop customer journey within the region and build plans around touchpoints to ensure the company brand and services are upheld.
  • Conduct client services training with HR to ensure customer centric focus across the business.
  • Upskilling admin front desk by giving customer service skill sharing/training to deliver an impressive showroom experience that carries our company purpose and brand promise.
  • Set and manage showroom budgets and communicate them to the Head of Marketing & Client Services.
  • Attend industry events to be seen active in the market.
  • Expand the network and receive market updates at the same time.
  • Assist CRM Manager to maintain system procedures and data collection.
  • Enter industry information, leads, and news into the CRM, coordinate, and share with the sales team.
  • Support all sales teams to achieve clarity and effectiveness in information sharing.
  • Use Salesforce to consolidate bi-weekly and monthly pipelines to share amongst all offices, cross-referencing for global client leads.
 
Requirements:
  • Preferable candidates who have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong client-facing, communication, and relationship-building skills in working along well with multiple stakeholders of different level that covers the key MSA account.
  • Excellent knowledge of the commercial property/furniture market and key decision-makers.
