Job Responsibilities
Project and Operation Support to ensure that project will be delivered smoothly.
Sales activities for Japanese companies, Japanese clients.
Preparation related materials for the project.
Job Requirements
Strong interest to Human Development, Organizational Transformation, HR Evaluation system.
Good at researching, analyzing and reporting.
Strong in Communication and positive mind-set.
Willing to learn, Proactive, Initiative, independent thinker.
Japanese language will be big advantage to liaise with Japanese clients (JLPT N3 or more).
Internship experience at Consulting Firm will be advantage too.
