JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience in recruitment in Singapore
Understand the rules and regulations regarding recruitment in Singapore
Interested in improving and designing personnel evaluation and compensation systems
Able to actively work on improvements and reforms
Business level English is essential (necessary for communication both inside and outside the company)
Business level Japanese (preferred, even better if you can use it for internal communication)
Additional Details
Salary: Around S$4,500 to S$5,500 + AWS + performance bonus (depending on company and individual performance)
Number of paid vacation days: Starts on 10 days
Medical support: Available
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (assuming daily attendance)
