OVERVIEW
Our client is an MNC with regional presence in the real estate industry. They are looking for an HR Executive (payroll) to support the team in regional payroll duties.
JOB RERSPONSIBILITY
Monthly payroll calculation and processing for group companies in Singapore and other South East Asian countries
Payroll and benefits data collection and validation work
Process monthly, quarterly and annual personal income tax affairs for group companies
Liaise with Head Office in Japan on expatriate payroll data collection, payroll calculation and personal income tax affairs, etc.
Finance Coordinate with finance and accounting team and head office to handle cost sharing between head office in Singapore and group companies
Ensure compliance of group companies with all labour and tax laws, research and report on upcoming legislative changes
Supporting HR Manager's cash flow forecasting, accruals, budgeting, audits and other labour cost related issues
Support data preparation Various reporting tasks (e.g. statutory reports/survey submissions/staffing reports)
Other ad hoc tasks
JOB REQUIREMENT
3-5 years of HR experience including handling payroll and PIT for Vietnam or Indonesia or Thailand.
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for analytical tasks
Has good knowledge of local statutory requirements and compliance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently as well as a team player
Business level of English and Japanese language (Necessary for internal/external communication)

Expected salary: S$6,000 - 7,500/month
