About the Production Manager Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Production Manager with hands-on experience in cutting and assembly plant operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record of optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production planning, scheduling, and execution
Lead and develop a high-performance team, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize resource utilization and minimize waste
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining product quality and delivery performance
Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance plant productivity and capacity
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards

Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in cutting and assembly plant operations
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in lean manufacturing methodologies and process improvement tools
