A major Japanese apparel manufacturer is looking for an Administrative Department Manager!
Position Title: Regional Senior Commercial Manager
This position is responsible for building a strong organization to promote and expand the global business and to expand the business in Southeast Asia.
Responsible for making appropriate decisions and providing direction and oversight for all back office functions. (Strategic planning, implementation, management, and execution of all corporate financial activities, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk and governance, and negotiations (including FP&A, HRGA, legal, and IT).
[Job Description:
Prepare and manage the annual budget
Manage business performance tasks
Manage affiliates' budgets and actual results
Monthly tracking and analysis
Prepare local management reports
Lead the monthly close process
Prepare monthly business review package and report to head office
Monthly/quarterly P&L, profit contribution, report analysis, action plan
Response to internal audit work
Risk management, corporate internal/external audits, accounting audits
Other ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in FP&A
3+ years of team management experience
Business level English or higher (as required for internal and external communication)
Business level Japanese or higher (as required for internal and external communication)
Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
Experience in the retail industry is desirable.
Benefit:
Salary: S$125,000-S$135,000/year
