JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage in both business consulting and project management activities, showcasing versatility and adaptability.
• Analyze business processes, identify issues and risks, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Recommend and design optimized business processes for future states.
• Facilitate effective discussion sessions with clients to ensure clear understanding and alignment.
• Collaborate with project team members to lead and drive business improvement initiatives.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 3 years working experience SAP S/4 HANA implementation, particularly with SD, MM, and FI modules.
• Proficiency in documenting business processes.
• Fluency in both English and Japanese are required to effectively liaise with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills, with a client-oriented approach and strong problem-solving abilities. Confident in presenting and communicating effectively with MNC clients.
