We are partnering with our client, a renowned company in the Engineering industry and they are looking for a HR Executive to assist the team in managing the company's HR functions. The incumbent will report to the Regional HR Manager and work within a team of 4.
Responsibilities :
Manage all recruitment activities including screening, remuneration package negotiation, making job offers, and on/offboarding
Expat management including employee work pass application/renewal/cancellation, housing-related support, income tax declaration
In charge of monthly payroll for Singapore office
Assist in preparation of annual HR budget
Support data preparation and data analysis for annual increments and bonuses
Manage employee benefits program to ensure market competitiveness
Support office administration tasks such as logistics arrangement of corporate meetings and exhibitions
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma holder / Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
At least 3-5 years experience in Human Resources Management
Knowledge in Singapore Employment act, MOM regulatory guidelines and all levels of work pass & employment pass requirements.
Proficient in Timesoft/SAP and Microsoft Suite
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Organized, detail-oriented and results driven and able to work independently.
