Our Client, Shipping Equipment manufacturer is looking out Technical Sales Executive.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
・Address customer inquiries, review project specifications, prepare quotations, and follow up to close sales.
・Provide pre-sales and technical support to customers.
・Lead technical meetings with customers.
・Travel to customer locations (both in Singapore and overseas) for sales support, technical issue resolution, and relationship building.
・Expand and maintain a robust base of new and existing customers.
・Keep informed about competitors' activities and market trends.
・Oversee customer payments and ensure timely collection of overdue payments.
・Handle various ad-hoc tasks as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
・Diploma or Degree in Engineering with 3-4 years of experience in shipyards, ship owner, ship management, or the marine industry.
・Proficiency in Japanese (verbal and written) is preferred.
・Strong customer relationship management skills.
・Positive, self-motivated, and friendly attitude.
・Willingness to travel internationally to meet customers and resolve technical issues.
OTHER INFORMATIONS
Monthly basic salary : SGD5,000~8,000
