Job Responsibilities
Identify and engage new Data Center customers, consultants, and partners to drive business growth.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, consultants, and industry experts.
Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits to promote our brand and products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, QA, and Marketing, to develop and implement sales strategies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activity to inform sales and business development strategies.
Identify opportunities for product improvement and provide feedback to the engineering and marketing teams.
Meet sales targets and contribute to the development of the company's business strategy.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent Engineering discipline.
Proven experience in managing distributors, key accounts, and customers.
At least 3 years of experience in genset and data center sales, or related industry experience.
Technical presentation and communication skills.
Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data analytics.
Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
Excellent interpersonal and ice-breaking skills.
Willingness to travel on short notice.
