Regional Sales & Marketing Executive, EndoSurgical

• Must have comprehensive knowledge of the responsible products, including its proper use in appropriate clinical settings.
• Confidently instruct and educate nurses/physicians on safe and appropriate use of the products.
• Introduce the products to the physicians; hands-on demonstrations and provide intra-procedural observation and support
• Perform “in-service” training to doctors/physicians on the use of new products
• Develop and maintain relationships with KOLs/customers, gain insights through such interactions
• Highlight/Report issues escalated from the field
• Work closely with Regional Sales and channel partners to achieve/exceed assigned sales targets for the products
• Work closely with Regional Sales and channel partners to develop and launch marketing plans for the Southeast Asia regions
• Monitor the effectiveness of the marketing activities, work on marketing collateral for promotion and brand awareness

• Relevant Diploma or Degree, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• No relevant experience is required but must be self-driven and preferably with nursing background
• Fluent or highly proficient in English
• Possesses outgoing, positive, confident, meticulous and with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
