Our client is a Consultancy and Solutions provider in the Tech space and they are looking for a new headcount for Senior HR Manager. This Senior HR Manager will work closely with the CEO and various leaders in a strategic role while overseeing the HR & Admin teams.
Job Responsibilities
Develop Human Resources strategic goals, programs and processes and maintain full strategic responsibility for activities.
Provide strategic advice to leadership on succession planning, workforce development, retention, recruitment, compensation & benefits, learning & development, etc
Be a solutions provider to define and lead strategic initiatives to support the business
Be the expert in all functions of HR including day-to-day operations, industry best practices, and benchmark
Develop, enhance and implement appropriate HR policies and programs to facilitate optimal performance of all employees.
Lead, coach, mentor and build the capabilities of HR team to be operationally strong.
Implement and maintain any tools and systems such as HRMS and RPA to enhance efficiency
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related fields
10-15 years' relevant experience with hands-on managerial experience across full spectrum of HR function
Possess strong analytical, communicative, and presentation skills
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Regional experience will be a bonus
